Description
Swish Jr is a fun and fast-paced pattern recognition game that's perfect for kids and families. With simple rules that can be explained in no time, 2 to 6 players can jump into the action, trying to spot matches and create "Swishes" before their opponents do. The game is all about building patterns and recognizing shapes, as players simultaneously try to find cards that can be layered on top of each other with matching colors. The game is played with a set of 42 transparent cards, each featuring a combination of small shapes in four different colors. As players create Swishes, they claim the cards used and new ones are laid out, keeping the game exciting and dynamic. With a playtime of just 15 minutes, Swish Jr is a great way to spend a quick gaming session with friends and family, and its abstract strategy and puzzle elements will keep you coming back for more. Designed by Zvi Shalem and Gali Shimoni, and first published in 2013, Swish Jr is a great introduction to pattern building and recognition, and its simplicity makes it accessible to players of all ages and skill levels. The goal is simple: claim the most cards by creating the most Swishes, and you'll be declared the winner.
