In the Sherlock Holmes board game, you and up to four other players take on the roles of detectives trying to solve one of six intriguing cases in the dark alleys of London. Each player is given a secret case to crack, and it's a race against time to gather clues and uncover the truth. As you move your detective piece around the board, you'll travel to different locations, collecting vital information to help you solve your case. With easy-to-learn rules, you can dive right into the mystery, using deduction and strategic thinking to outsmart your opponents. The game is designed by renowned game designer Reiner Knizia and offers a unique blend of deduction, point-to-point movement, and asymmetric information. With a playtime of just 30 to 60 minutes, it's the perfect game for a fun and challenging evening with friends. As players solve their cases, the pressure mounts, with a ten-turn time limit for others to crack their own cases before losing points. The game ends when all players have solved their case or reached the -10 point limit, and the player with the most points is declared the winner.
