Description

Crypt X is a thrilling adventure that drops you into the midst of a mysterious disappearance. As a student of the missing archaeology professor, you're tasked with uncovering the secrets he left behind at a dig near Luxor. The game is a narrative puzzle that challenges you to solve ciphers, codes, and patterns, all while combining clues to reveal the professor's work and whereabouts. With 51 puzzles to crack, you'll need to use your deduction skills to unlock new sections of the story, which unfolds through the Crypt X companion app. As you play, either solo or with up to four friends, you'll be immersed in a world of ancient mythology and murder mystery. The game's normal complexity makes it accessible to board game enthusiasts, and the cooperative gameplay means you can work together to solve the puzzles. With a playtime of 480 to 1200 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to dive deep into the mystery and compete to achieve the highest score. The twist is that your score will determine the ending to the professor's story, adding an extra layer of excitement to the game.
