Description

The Battle for Hill 218 is a fast-paced card game where two players clash in a tactical wargame set in World War II. Designed by Darwin Kastle and published in 2007, this game is easy to learn and can be played in just 15 to 30 minutes. Players take turns trying to outmaneuver each other, using hand management and tile placement to occupy bases and destroy enemy units. With no necessary in-game text, players of any language can join the battle. The game's simple rules and short playtime make it accessible to new players, while the take that mechanics and strategic depth keep experienced players coming back for more. As players vie for control of the hill, they must balance maintaining supply lines with launching air strikes to aid their assault or defend their base, all while trying to outsmart their opponent and emerge victorious.
