Description
The peaks of Snowdonia rise before you, shrouded in mist, their summits barely visible. In this game, you represent a work gang providing labor for the construction of the Snowdon Mountain Railway, built by the Snowdon Mountain Tramroad and Hotels Company Limited. Your goal is to contribute more than the other players to the magnificence of the railway, excavating your way up the mountain side, making and laying track, constructing viaducts and stations, all while competing with the unpredictable Welsh mountain weather. You'll have to manage your resources carefully, collecting essential materials from the Stock Yard and obtaining special work contracts that give you bonuses. With the help of trains and careful planning, you'll navigate the challenges of building a railway in one of the most beautiful and rugged landscapes in the world. The game is easy to learn for those familiar with board games, and can be played with 1 to 5 players in 30 to 90 minutes.
