Description

In Spartacus: A Game of Blood and Treachery, you'll take on the role of Dominus, head of a rising house in ancient Roman Capua, competing for Influence to gain Rome's favor. Through a mix of political schemes and bloody arena battles, your house will rise in fame and stature. You'll have resources like guards, slaves, and gladiators at your disposal to help you achieve your goals. As you navigate the game's three phases - Intrigue, Market, and Arena - you'll launch schemes, buy and trade assets, and engage in brutal gladiatorial combat. With mechanics like auction, betting, and bluffing, you'll need to balance your wealth and influence to succeed. Will you play it straight or scheme your way to the top, bribing and betraying your way to becoming the most influential house in Capua?
