Description

Pyramid is a simple yet strategic board game that's been challenging players since 1978. Designed for two players, this abstract strategy game is all about building patterns and outmaneuvering your opponent. The goal is straightforward: be the first to place five pyramids of your color in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. With just 24 pyramids to work with, 12 black and 12 gold, you'll need to think carefully about each move to come out on top. The game starts with each player taking turns placing one pyramid at a time, with the second player's pyramid needing to touch an edge or corner of the first player's pyramid. Play continues in this way until one player achieves the winning goal or all 24 pyramids have been played. If neither player has won by then, the game takes a interesting twist: players start removing and replacing one of their already placed pyramids on each turn, adding a new layer of strategy to the game. With a playtime of just 10 minutes, Pyramid is a quick and engaging game that's easy to learn but challenging to master, making it a great choice for players looking for a fun and competitive experience.
