Description

In Area Z, you're dropped into a post-apocalyptic world where zombies roam free and humans are fighting for control. This fast-paced game is designed for 2 to 3 players and can be learned in no time, with simple rules that get you into the action quickly. As you battle for dominance, you'll need to fend off not only your opponents but also the hordes of undead that threaten to overwhelm you. With its unique card drafting mechanics, every card has two sides and will be used twice per round, determining how the zombies react and interact on the map. Play consists of three rounds, each with a Survivor Phase, Zombie Phase, and Scoring Phase, where you'll select action cards, fight off zombies, and earn points for controlling areas and killing zombies. Released in 2019, Area Z is a thrilling area control game that's perfect for fans of zombie-themed games and strategic gameplay.
