Description
Tournay is a medieval city building game where 2 to 4 players take on the role of district leaders, aiming to establish a prosperous era that will last for centuries. The game is set in the city of Tournay, which was built by the Romans and experienced growth along the Scheldt river. Players must cleverly coordinate the work of the city's three domains: military, religious, and civil, to help their district flourish. Players manage their district by playing cards, using the powers of their buildings, and recruiting new citizens. The goal is to create the most effective card combinations to earn prestige points. The game ends when all players have filled their district with 9 cards or when a certain number of Town Crier cards have been revealed. The player with the most prestige points, earned from their cards and combated event cards, wins the game. With a playtime of 30 to 60 minutes, Tournay offers a fun and challenging experience for players familiar with board games.
