In Agile SyS, you take on the role of an agent of change, tasked with guiding five squads through their journey to adopt agile methodologies. Your goal is to gain the trust of these squads by investing your time and skills, while helping them overcome common pitfalls and disruptions. With only 12 rounds, or six months, to make a lasting impact, every decision counts and time is a precious resource. As you navigate the challenges of agile adoption, you'll need to balance your actions, manage your skills and tools, and make strategic decisions to achieve the highest level of trust with your squads. Designed for one to two players, Agile SyS offers a unique and engaging experience, whether you're playing solo or collaborating with another agent to scale agile practices in a large organization.
