Turret Dice: The Defenders is a thrilling cooperative game where you and up to three friends must join forces to defend your planet from a massive swarm of meteors hurtling towards destruction. Designed by Kevin Whalen, this game is all about teamwork and strategy as you work together to take down the incoming targets - if even one slips through, it's game over. The rules are easy to learn, so you can dive right in and start defending your planet, and with playtime ranging from 20 to 100 minutes, you can fit in a quick game or a longer, more epic battle. As you roll the dice, you'll determine which actions are available to take, and then spend those dice to activate turret spaces in your Defense Array to blast away at the meteors. But that's not all - you'll also have access to tower spaces with clever abilities that can make your actions more effective or mitigate the risks of rolling the dice. You can even use your dice to customize your Defense Array, building new turrets and towers, upgrading existing ones, drawing cards, or playing powerful one-time-use event cards. The meteors themselves are generated by randomized Spawn Decks, each with special abilities and tricks to keep you on your toes, and Alert Cards will try to throw you off your game. And just when you think you've got it all figured out, bosses with unique abilities will show up to challenge you.
