Description
For Northwood is a solo trick-taking game where you aim to unify the kingdom of Northwood by engaging with its animal rulers. Over eight rounds, you'll visit eight fiefs, each with its own trump suit, and try to win a specific number of tricks to gain the ruler's alliance. The game gets progressively harder as your options dwindle, but you can use the abilities of your four starting allies to manipulate your hand and hit the target score. As you win over rulers, you can recruit them to join your team, bringing new abilities to the table. With multiple difficulty levels, 24 unique rulers, and a challenge booklet, For Northwood offers a fresh puzzle every time you play. This award-winning game is easy to learn and can be played in just 15 to 30 minutes, making it a great fit for solo gamers looking for a fun and challenging experience.
