Description

Messina 1347 drops you into the midst of the black death epidemic, where merchant ships have brought a deadly plague to the streets of Messina, Italy. You'll take on the role of a prominent family fleeing the city for the safety of the countryside, but your goal isn't just to escape - it's to help those in need and fight the spread of the infection. As you navigate the challenges of the plague, you'll also be working to prosper in your temporary countryside home, taking in rescued residents and waiting for the epidemic to subside. Once it's safe to return to Messina, you'll compete to dominate the city's districts, using your skills and resources to come out on top. With complex rules and multiple mechanics at play, Messina 1347 offers a rich and immersive experience for 1 to 4 players, with playtime ranging from 60 to 140 minutes.
