Description

In Vaalbara, you'll take on the role of a clan leader in the Neolithic era, guiding your tribe as they explore and settle uncharted lands. With a simple set of rules to learn, you'll be able to dive right into the game, which plays out over just 20 minutes. Your goal is to establish sedentary villages and expand your territory, using the unique talents of your tribe members to outmaneuver your opponents. As you play, you'll need to balance strategy and timing to maximize your score. Each turn, you'll secretly choose a card from your hand, representing a member of your tribe, and then activate their powers to take over territories. With multiple paths to scoring points, you'll need to decide when to play it safe and when to take risks. After 9 rounds, the player with the most points will unite the tribes under their banner and emerge victorious.
