Description

In Treat or Cheat, the hospital is packed with animals in need of medical attention, and it's up to you to get your pets seen by the doctor first. This fast-paced party game, designed by Julius Guan and released in 2024, is all about clever maneuvering and strategic decision-making. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, 3 to 5 players can jump into the game and start competing to get their patients treated. Each player takes turns playing a hand card, which can be a patient with a varying level of severity or a patient's relative, to line up in front of the hospital. The twist is that players have limited chances to "queue jump" and cut in line, adding a fun and unpredictable element to the game. The goal is to get your patients into the best hospital, where they'll score the most points. With the help of triage cards, players can administer treatment and earn points, but beware - this can also help other players get ahead. As the game unfolds, you'll need to make tough decisions about whether to treat or cheat, all while navigating the challenges of a crowded hospital.
