Description

Traverse is a classic abstract strategy game that's easy to learn and fun to play. Designed by Michael Kuby and John Miller, it was first published in 1987 and has since become a favorite among gamers of all ages. The game is played on a square grid with 2 to 4 players, and each player has a set of unique pieces that move in different directions. The goal is to get all of your pieces into the starting row of the player sitting opposite you, which requires strategic thinking and planning. With a playtime of just 30 minutes, Traverse is a great game for a quick session with friends or family. The rules are simple, but the gameplay is engaging and challenging. Players take turns moving one piece at a time, and can jump over other pieces to get ahead. The first player to move all of their pieces into the destination row wins, making it a game of skill and strategy that's perfect for players of all ages, from 7 to adult.
