In the world of Grit, a dark force has begun to corrupt the land, turning fertile grounds to sand and twisting the hearts of men. As a hero, you'll embark on a journey to stop this evil, navigating a modular board that unfolds differently each time you play. With simple rules that can be learned quickly, you'll be able to dive right into the action, exploring the world, battling enemies, and interacting with the townsfolk. Your progress will be saved after each game or series of games, allowing you to pick up where you left off whenever you're ready to continue the fight. As you travel through the land, you'll encounter various locations and events, each represented by a QR code that links to one of 277 unique websites. These interactions will challenge you to make tough decisions, battle formidable foes, and uncover hidden secrets. With the push your luck mechanic, you'll need to carefully decide when to press on and when to retreat, lest you lose your progress and have to start over from a previous checkpoint. With a playtime of just 30 to 60 minutes, Grit is the perfect game for a solo adventure or a competitive showdown with a friend, and its scenario-based gameplay ensures that no two campaigns will ever be the same.
