Description
The Thing is a cooperative board game for 2 to 4 players that drops you into the frozen Antarctic landscape of John Carpenter's 1982 horror classic. You'll take on the roles of a team of researchers trying to survive against a parasitic alien organism that can perfectly imitate its victims. With easy-to-learn rules, you'll manage your hand of cards and work together to overcome encounters inspired by the film, all while trying to stay alive and stop the Thing. As you play, you'll have to prioritize tasks and make tough decisions to aid in your victory, all while the Thing player tries to thwart your efforts and construct its escape vehicle. With a playtime of just 45 minutes, The Thing is a tense and thrilling experience that's perfect for fans of horror and science fiction. Be warned, though - this game is strictly for adults, with mature themes and imagery throughout.
