Description

In Factions: Battlegrounds, you'll take on the role of a general, leading an army of troops, spellcasters, beasts, and mythological monsters into battle. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, this game is easy to jump into, and with playtime lasting around 30 to 45 minutes, you can fit in a battle or two in no time. You'll choose from one of six unique factions, each with its own set of units and home terrain cards, and then take turns building the battleground, gathering resources, and scoring points by eliminating enemy units. As you play, you'll need to strategically recruit new units, move them around the grid, and attack your opponents to earn points. With a variety of units to choose from, each with its own strengths and weaknesses, you'll need to think carefully about which units to deploy and when. The game is designed to be inclusive and diverse, incorporating mythology from around the world and representing a range of cultural elements. With support for 2 to 4 players, Factions: Battlegrounds is a great game for playing with friends or family, and its real-time gameplay and team-based mechanics make it a thrilling and interactive experience.
