Description

Thunderstone is a fantasy deck-building game where players take on the role of brave souls trying to keep the powerful Thunderstone out of the hands of the evil Doom Knights. The game starts with a basic deck of weaker cards, but as players progress, they can add more powerful cards to their deck, including heroes like mages and warriors, and supplies like weapons and rations. Players must use their deck to defeat monsters in the dungeon, with the goal of claiming the Thunderstone and earning the most victory points. The game requires strategic hand management and deck-building, as players must balance buying new cards with attacking monsters and upgrading their heroes. With its unique blend of deck-building and combat, Thunderstone offers a fun and challenging experience for 1 to 5 players, and can be played in about 60 minutes.
