Description

In Trambahn, two players compete to expand the tramway in Munich at the end of the 19th century. The game is easy to learn, and a typical play session lasts between 30 to 45 minutes. Players use their cards in multiple ways, representing passengers, suggested stops, and money to pay for new routes. They must match colors and build stops in ascending order, all while bringing passengers to the tram line to score victory points. The game's unique mechanics, including multi-use cards and card drafting, make for a fun and strategic experience. The cards feature historical images of Munich, adding a touch of nostalgia to the game. With no necessary in-game text, Trambahn is accessible to players of all languages. Designed by Helmut Ohley and published in 2015, Trambahn is a great option for those looking for a quick and engaging card game with a transportation twist.
