Raiders of the Deep: U-boats of the Great War, 1914-18 drops you into the commander's seat of a German U-boat during World War I, where you'll navigate the challenges of the First U-boat War. With a playtime of 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the period, thanks to all-new artwork and completely re-written rules that simulate all the major aspects of the war. As you conduct patrols, you'll encounter individual ships, convoys, Q-ships, and enemy aircraft, each requiring tough decisions that will determine your success or survival. Your mission is to destroy as much entente shipping and capital ships as possible, all while advancing your crew quality, winning awards, and increasing your commander rank. But beware, the odds of survival diminish as the war progresses, and every decision you make will impact whether you and your crew return home as heroes or not at all. With mechanics like dice rolling, push your luck, and simulation, you'll need to balance risk and strategy to come out on top. Designed by Ian B.
