Description

In Maui, you're on a mission to create the most pleasing patterns on your beach board while strategically placing towels to maximize your points. With easy-to-learn rules, this 30-minute game is perfect for 2 to 4 players. You'll place beachgoers on your sand, trying to get their towels close to the ocean or under the shade of trees or umbrellas, all while creating matching patterns to earn the most points. As you take turns placing towels and collecting sand dollars, you'll need to balance risk and reward. Get too close to the ocean or shade, and you might score big, but place a towel outside the play area, and you'll be penalized. With the option to flip your board and play with sand crabs, which can crawl onto your towels and cost you points, Maui offers a fun and challenging abstract strategy experience that's sure to keep you coming back for more.
