Description
In Tumult Royale, you're one of the royals, collecting taxes from your subjects to build statues of yourself across the land. The goal is to secure your rank by constructing as many monuments as possible, but be careful not to take too much from the people. If you leave enough commodities for them, all is well, and you can continue building. However, if you're too greedy, you'll face the consequences. This real-time game is easy to learn and plays out over 40 minutes with 2 to 4 players. Designed by Klaus Teuber and Benjamin Teuber, Tumult Royale combines push your luck, simultaneous action selection, and tile placement mechanics to create a thrilling experience. Published in 2015, it's a game of strategy and risk-taking, where the greedy shall rule, but the greediest is a fool. Will you build the most statues and win, or will your greed be your downfall?
