Description

Schrödinger is a quick and clever board game that's all about deduction and pattern recognition. In this fast-paced game, one player takes on the role of the Austrian physicist, while the others act as their assistants. The physicist places a combination of tokens, including a wooden cat, water tokens, and poison tokens, inside a box, and then it's up to the assistants to figure out what's happened to the cat. By shaking the box and using their powers of deduction, the assistants try to determine whether the cat is alive, dead, or stuck in a paradox. With simple rules that can be explained in no time, Schrödinger is easy to learn and can be played with a large group of friends, from 1 to 7 players. Each round takes just 10 to 15 minutes, making it the perfect game for a quick gathering or a fun break. The goal is to earn points by correctly guessing the cat's fate, and after every player has taken on the role of the doctor twice, the player with the most points is declared the winner. Designed by Robert Coelho, Igor Knop, and André Teruya, and released in 2023, Schrödinger is a fun and engaging game that's sure to delight players of all ages with its unique blend of luck and deduction.
