Description

The Battle for Ramadi is a thrilling solitaire game that drops you into the midst of a pivotal moment in modern warfare. As the commander of the Iraqi Security Forces, you're tasked with capturing the Government Complex and liberating the city from the grip of ISIS. With a playtime of 60 to 120 minutes, you'll have to think strategically and make the most of your elite Counter Terrorism Service troops, army, police, and militia units. You'll also have the support of Coalition air assets and special forces, giving you a crucial edge in the battle. The game's easy-to-learn rules and immersive gameplay make it an exciting experience, even for solo players. The hexagon grid and dice rolling mechanics add an element of unpredictability, simulating the brutal and intense combat of urban warfare. As you navigate the city, you'll need to avoid IEDs, take out ISIS fighters, and protect innocent civilians. With the ability to deliver strikes against enemy territory at will, you'll have to balance your offensive with the risk of casualties and counterattacks. Designed by Jay Ward and published in 2018, The Battle for Ramadi is a gripping wargame that challenges you to secure victory in a complex and dynamic environment, where the outcome is never certain until the very end.
