As you wander through the blocks of this charming town, you'll uncover all sorts of hidden gems, from cats snoozing on rooftops to secret stashes of goodies tucked away in bushes and under cars. In this delightful game, designed by Jog Kung and first published in 2016, you'll embark on a fun-filled adventure with 2 to 4 fellow players, all vying to score the most points by finding cats, collecting items, and playing clever Travel notes cards. As you play, you'll need to master the art of hand management and memory, keeping track of the cards you've collected and the ones that are still hidden in the blocks. Each turn, you'll have four possible actions to choose from, whether it's moving your cat token to a new block, revealing the top card on a block, playing an Item or Action card, or taking a chance and revealing a card at random from your hand. The goal is to accumulate points by collecting sets of items, finding as many cats as possible, and strategically playing your Travel notes cards. With its easy-to-learn rules and playtime of just 15 to 30 minutes, Cat Town is the perfect game for a quick and entertaining session with friends or family. With each cat and pair of matching items worth 1 point, and a well-played Travel note card also scoring 1 point, the first player to reach 6 points will be declared the winner.
