Description

A la carte: Dessert is a delicious expansion to the original A la carte game, introducing new gourmet desserts and exciting gameplay mechanics for 2 to 5 players. With a playtime of just 30 minutes, this expansion is perfect for a quick gaming session, and its simple rules make it easy to dive right in. Designed by Karl-Heinz Schmiel and published in 2010, A la carte: Dessert adds a fresh layer of complexity to the base game, with new components that allow for a fifth player to join in on the fun. In this expansion, players can choose from new menus, which offer secret goals and challenges to complete during the game. Successfully preparing the dishes on your chosen menu can earn you extra victory points, but be careful - some menus require you to have at least one star. New coffee cups, such as the trash can and flavor neutralizer, offer clever ways to manipulate the game state, while salt dishes and a new spice mixing bottle add more variety to the gameplay. With its unique blend of action, dexterity, and strategy, A la carte: Dessert is a must-have expansion for fans of the original game, offering a thrilling experience that's sure to satisfy your gaming cravings.
