Friends and Communities with Acorns

Description

As the seasons change, a group of squirrels must work together to prepare for the harsh winter ahead. In Acorns, 2 to 4 players team up to collect and store acorns, using a combination of hand management and ladder climbing mechanics to outmaneuver their opponents. With easy-to-learn rules, this game is perfect for players of all skill levels, and its short playtime of 20 to 45 minutes makes it an ideal addition to any game night. Designed by Jonathan Cox and Sean Ross, Acorns is a fun and engaging card game that challenges players to work together to achieve a common goal. In this base game, published in 2023, players will take turns shedding their shared deck of cards, trying to be the first team to get rid of all their acorns. With a variant available for two players, Acorns is a versatile game that can be enjoyed by anyone, whether you're playing with a large group or a single partner. As the game comes to a close, the team that has best prepared for the winter will emerge victorious, ready to thrive in the new year. With its unique blend of teamwork and strategy, Acorns is a game that will keep you coming back for more, eager to test your skills and see if you can come out on top.
