Description

Advanced Space Crusade is a thrilling board game that drops you into the midst of a war between the Imperium and the Tyranids' Hive Fleet Kraken. In this 45-minute game for two players, one takes on the role of Space Marine Scouts, navigating the treacherous insides of a Tyranid Hiveship, while the other defends the bioship by strategically placing "blips" - Tyranid warriors and other terrifying creatures. As the Space Marines explore the ship, they're on a mission to find and destroy its vital organs, all while surviving the relentless waves of alien attacks. The game's modular board and tile placement mechanics create a unique experience each time you play, as the Tyranid player gradually builds the map, keeping their layout secret from the Space Marines. With simple yet engaging gameplay, where Space Marines move and fire, followed by the Tyranids, Advanced Space Crusade is easy to learn, even for those familiar with board games. First published in 1990, this classic game has stood the test of time, offering a fun and immersive adventure for fans of science fiction and miniatures. With its normal complexity level, you can dive right in and start playing, exploring the depths of the Hiveship and battling for survival in this epic struggle between humans and aliens.
