Description

Ahoy is a thrilling game where 2 to 4 players take on the roles of swashbucklers and soldiers seeking fame on the high seas. Players control different factions, such as the Bluefin Squadron, the Mollusk Union, or Smugglers, each with their own unique abilities and goals. As they explore the seas, they create a unique map filled with treasure troves, wreckage, and sea currents, using modular double-layer region tiles. With a playtime of 45 to 75 minutes, Ahoy offers deep and interactive gameplay that's easy to learn, even for those familiar with board games. The game's colorful setting, brought to life by gorgeous illustrations, combines with its engaging mechanics, including area majority, tile placement, and worker placement, to create a fun and immersive experience. Designed by Greg Loring-Albright and published in 2022, Ahoy is a great addition to any game collection, with expansions available to further enhance the gameplay.
