Description

Ports of Europe: Antwerpen is a fun and dynamic board game where 2 to 4 players take on the role of fleet owners, competing to bring cargo safely into the inland harbour. The game is set in the busy Antwerp port, where players must navigate the network of locks and channels to deliver goods like cocoa, barley, and potatoes. These essential ingredients are crucial for creating some of Belgium's famous delights, such as delicious chocolate and crispy Flemish French fries. With a playtime of 60 minutes, this game is perfect for a fun evening with friends or family, and its easy-to-learn rules make it accessible to players of all ages. As players work to accomplish their special assignments, they'll need to plan carefully and make strategic decisions about which cargo to transport and when. The game's pick-up and deliver mechanics, combined with point-to-point movement and trading, add a thrilling layer of complexity to the gameplay. With a variety of ways to score points, including exchanging products to get the right combination, players will need to stay on their toes to come out on top. Designed by Hans van Tol and published in 2010, Ports of Europe: Antwerpen is a great choice for anyone looking for a engaging and challenging economic game with a unique nautical twist.
