Apocalipsocks

Friends and Communities with Apocalipsocks

Description

The world as we know it has come to an end, at least for our footwear friends, in Apocalipsocks, a frantic and fun card game designed by Montse MKD. Released in 2023, this game is all about speed and strategy as 2 to 6 players compete to save the day. The premise is simple: a washing machine has gone haywire and is out to destroy all socks, causing them to flee in terror and lose their pairs in the process. It's up to you to help these solo socks find their perfect match, but be warned, it won't be easy - all the socks look similar, and you'll need to be quick on your feet to succeed. As you play Apocalipsocks, you'll be building your deck, scouring through a pool of socks, and making split-second decisions to find the perfect pairs. The game rules are straightforward and can be explained in no time, making it accessible to everyone. With a playtime of just 10 minutes, Apocalipsocks is the perfect addition to any game night or party. But don't let its simplicity fool you - this game is all about speed matching, and the player who can find the most pairs the fastest will be crowned the hero. To give you an edge, some socks have special powers that you can activate to get ahead of the competition. In this chaotic world of missing footwear, you'll need to stay focused and think fast to outmaneuver your opponents. With its unique blend of deck, bag, and pool building, Apocalipsocks offers a fresh take on the traditional card game. So, gather your friends, get ready for a thrilling competition, and dive into the world of Apocalipsocks. Will you be the one to stop the Apocalipsocks and save the day, or will you be left in the dust? There's only one way to find out - join the fun and start matching those socks.
