Description

The city of Arkham is no stranger to terror, having faced down eldritch horrors, dark cults, and ghoulish hauntings for years, but its latest threat may be the greatest yet. It's up to brave investigators to band together and save the city from destruction. The Drowned City Investigator Expansion brings six new investigators into the fray, each with their own unique abilities and strengths. Players can take on the roles of characters like Marion Tavares, a trawler who protects the vulnerable, or Lucius Galloway, a poet who draws inspiration from the very horrors they're fighting against. With a playtime of 45 to 180 minutes, 1 to 4 players can embark on a thrilling adventure that's full of complexity and challenge. The game rules may take some time to learn, but the payoff is well worth it. The Drowned City Investigator Expansion adds a wealth of new player cards and options for deckbuilding, including brand-new Specialist cards that play off investigators' traits. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the world of Arkham Horror, this expansion offers something for everyone. Released in 2025, it's the perfect addition to the Arkham Horror: The Card Game, and is compatible with both the original and revised editions.
