In the world of Ars Alchimia, alchemy has advanced rapidly, and the people's daily lives depend on the alchemy factories built by a pioneering grand alchemist. As an overseer from the Academy, you'll work at one of these factories, taking orders, gathering resources, and transmuting them to outdo your competition. The game is easy to learn, and 2 to 4 players can join in on the fun, which typically lasts around 100 minutes. You'll take turns placing workers to perform actions like gathering resources, taking orders, or transmuting at the alchemy forges. The twist is that the more workers on one spot, the less effective the action becomes, so you'll need to strategically decide when to place your workers and when to exceed the number of workers already on a spot. With its unique blend of set collection and worker placement mechanics, Ars Alchimia offers a fun and challenging experience for fans of fantasy and strategy games.
