Description
Art Decko is a light strategy game where 2 to 4 players take on the role of painting collectors, aiming to create a valuable deck of gold and painting cards. The game is easy to learn, and playtime typically ranges from 45 to 60 minutes. Players use gold and paintings as currencies to purchase more paintings, acquire gold, and pay for exhibition space in a museum, all while trying to manipulate the market value of different art styles. As players take turns, they can haggle, acquire, or exhibit paintings, increasing the market rating of art styles and earning points. The game features paintings from five styles of art, including Art Nouveau, Pop Art, and Impressionism. With a unique blend of commodity speculation, deck-building, and economic strategy, Art Decko offers a fun and engaging experience for players, with the goal of earning the most victory points to win the game.
