Description
In Asgard, the end of days is near and the gods are preparing for battle. As a mortal, you must choose which gods to support and earn their favor by building temples and recruiting brave warriors and giants to fight on their behalf. With the help of gods like Freyja, Loki, and Thor, you can gain powerful abilities to influence the outcome of the final battle, Ragnarök. The game is a complex and strategic experience for 2 to 4 players, taking around 60 to 120 minutes to play. Designed by Pierluca Zizzi and published in 2012, Asgard challenges players to make tactical decisions and forge alliances with the gods to secure their place in the new world. With simultaneous action selection, variable phase order, and worker placement mechanics, Asgard offers a unique and engaging gameplay experience that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.
