The gameplay is reminiscent of Halma, with pieces moving and jumping in a checker-like fashion, but with a twist. Players can only move the topmost piece of any Russian doll stack, and must land on an empty space or on top of a smaller piece. The clever part of the game is that pieces underneath others are out of reach, allowing players to immobilize their opponents' pieces by covering them, until they move away.
