Description

Bah! Humbug!: A Twelve Days of Christmas Bluffing Game is a sneaky and social game for 2 to 4 players that's all about outsmarting your friends and family. In this quick and easy-to-learn game, you'll take turns mailing Christmas cards to your True Love, but be warned: lying is a big part of the fun. With a special deck of cards based on the traditional "Twelve Days of Christmas" carol, you'll have to bluff your way to the top and hope that no one catches you in the act. The game is designed by Emily Willix and was published in 2021, making it a fresh and exciting addition to any game night. As you play, you'll secretly mail one Christmas card to your True Love each round, playing it face-down on a circular calendar in the center of the table. But here's the catch: you can boast about what you've sent, even if it's not true. Other players can call your bluff by shouting "Bah! Humbug!", and if they're right, you'll lose out. But if they're wrong, they'll be the ones who suffer. The goal is to collect either the most coal tokens by being a successful liar or the most holly berries by catching others in their lies. With a playtime of just 10 to 30 minutes, you can fit in a few rounds and see who comes out on top. The game mechanics of betting and bluffing, deduction, hand management, memory, push your luck, and race all come together to create a thrilling experience that's perfect for the holiday season. The music-themed cards and circular wreath calendar add a fun and festive touch, making Bah! Humbug! a great choice for family gatherings or parties. With its simple rules and short playtime, anyone can jump in and start playing, but be warned: it's not as easy as it looks to come out on top. Will you be the sneakiest liar or the best at catching others in their lies? There's only one way to find out.
