Description

Get ready for a thrilling adventure through space and time with Black Hole Buccaneers, a fast-paced drafting game designed by Peter Langkjær Møller. In this exciting game, 3 to 6 players take on the role of space pirates, navigating the dangers of black holes to collect valuable artifacts and relics. With a playtime of just 30 to 45 minutes, you'll be drawn into a world of intense competition and strategic decision-making. The rules are easy to learn, making it accessible to new players, but the game's complexity lies in its simultaneous action selection and hand management mechanics, which will keep you on your toes. As you collect ancient collectibles from the orbit of black holes, you'll encounter powerful effects and unexpected surprises. The game's 99 cards include artifacts, relics, and even toys that are highly sought after by other species, who will offer their help in exchange for these items. But beware - the black hole's gravity is strong, and if you're not careful, you'll be pulled in and lose your chance to score. With three rounds of drafting and simultaneous action selection, you'll need to master the dangers of outer space and make tough decisions to emerge victorious. Will you be the ultimate Black Hole Buccaneer, or will your opponents outmaneuver you? Dive into this science fiction card game, published in 2023, and find out.
