Description
In Bookmaker, you'll be placing bets on horses in a series of races, but it's not about picking the winner, it's about making the most money from your bets. With easy-to-learn rules, this party game is perfect for a group of 3 to 9 players, and a typical game takes around 45 minutes to play. Each turn is divided into two phases: the bidding and the race, where two players become bookmakers, setting the odds on the four horses. As players, you'll use the cards in your hand to determine which horses are less likely to move, and then place bets with the bookmakers. You can even ask for credit from the bank to spend and win more money, but be careful, you'll have to pay it back with interest. With its unique blend of betting and bluffing mechanics, Bookmaker is a fun and engaging game where the goal is to end up with the most money after a series of races.
