Bring Out Your Men, Gentlemen

Friends and Communities with Bring Out Your Men, Gentlemen

Description

This game drops you into the midst of the American Civil War, specifically the Battle of Brawner's Farm, where you'll take command of Union or Confederate forces in a intense and strategic battle. With a playtime of 180 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to outmaneuver your opponent, whether that's a friend or the game itself, as Bring Out Your Men, Gentlemen supports both solo and two-player modes. The game's normal complexity makes it accessible to anyone familiar with board games, and the combination of command cards, simulation, and a hexagon grid creates a thrilling experience. As you navigate the battlefield, you'll need to use your wits to outflank and outfight your enemy, all while managing your resources and troops. With its rich historical context and engaging gameplay, this 2024 release from designer Claude Whalen is a must-play for fans of wargames and the American Civil War.
