Description

C. C. Higgins Rail Pass is a thrilling board game that drops you into the world of railroad executives in the 1920s, where strategic planning and clever route-building are key to success. With easy-to-learn rules, 2 to 6 players can dive into the game, competing to collect color-coded sets of rail passes as they travel across North America's iconic railroad companies. As you navigate the rails, you'll use these passes to facilitate free travel, plotting your course to designated payday cities and racking up points along the way. The game is all about combining rail passes into high-scoring sets, defined by color categories and types of railroads, making it a completely luck-free strategy game that's both simple and extremely flexible in play. With playtime ranging from 60 to 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to get immersed in the world of rail travel and outmaneuver your opponents. Designed by Patrick Stevens and published in 2014, C. C. Higgins Rail Pass offers a unique blend of network and route building, point-to-point movement, and set collection mechanics that will keep you on the edge of your seat as you strive to become the ultimate railroad tycoon.
