Description

In the heart of the Pacific Northwest rainforests, a vibrant world of animals and plants awaits in Canopy: Evergreen, a game designed by Tim Eisner. This 2024 release is easy to learn, making it accessible to players of all skill levels, and can be enjoyed by 1 to 4 players in about 45 to 60 minutes. As you delve into the game, you'll compete to grow the tallest trees, collect sets of wild plants, and create thriving habitats for native animals to flourish. With its unique blend of card drafting, push your luck, and set collection mechanics, Canopy: Evergreen offers an exciting experience that's both fun and challenging. As you take turns selecting new cards for your forest from three growth piles, you'll need to balance the risks and rewards of each choice. Will you select a pile and add its cards to your rainforest tableau, or return it face down and add an extra card to the mix? With dangers like fire, disease, and drought lurking in the piles, you'll need to think carefully about your decisions. But with the right strategy, you can create a bountiful rainforest that's teeming with life, and emerge victorious after three seasons. With its engaging gameplay and beautiful, environmentally-friendly components, Canopy: Evergreen is a must-play for fans of animals, the environment, and strategic gameplay.
