Description

Get ready to shake things up in the world of Carcassonne with the seventh expansion, The Catapult. This exciting addition introduces a whole new level of excitement and unpredictability to the game, with 12 new tiles featuring a faire symbol. When one of these tiles is drawn, a "catapult round" begins, and players get to experience the thrill of action and dexterity for the first time in the series. Using a wooden catapult, players launch special tokens to try and knock out their opponents' meeples, swap them with their own, hit the faire tile, or catch tokens for points. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, The Catapult is easy to pick up and play, even for new players. Designed by Klaus-Jürgen Wrede, this expansion is perfect for 2 to 6 players and can be played in just 30 to 45 minutes. It's a great way to add some variety and excitement to your Carcassonne games, and can be used with several different versions of the base game. Whether you're a seasoned fan of the series or just looking for a fun and challenging game to play with friends, The Catapult is a great choice. So why not give it a try and see what kind of mischief you can get up to with the catapult?
