Description

Carcassonne: The Wonders of Humanity Set II is an exciting expansion that brings even more thrills to the classic Carcassonne experience. Designed by the renowned Klaus-Jürgen Wrede and released in 2024, this set is perfect for 2 to 4 players looking to spice up their gameplay. With its incredibly simple rules that can be explained in no time, you'll be building and exploring in no time, making it an excellent addition to your game nights. This expansion takes you on a fascinating journey through some of humanity's most breathtaking creations, such as Abu Simbel, Tikal, Angkor Wat, and the Terracotta Army. At the end of the game, these wonders will score separately before the normal final scoring, bringing a fresh twist to the classic gameplay. Each wonder tile counts as five individual normal tiles, which means roads and cities can now be made up of multiple tiles, adding a new layer of complexity and excitement to the game. As you build and connect tiles, you'll need to keep this in mind, plotting your strategy to maximize your score. What makes Carcassonne: The Wonders of Humanity Set II truly special is how seamlessly it integrates with the original game and numerous other editions, including the Big Box series and special editions. This expansion is compatible with a wide range of Carcassonne versions, so whether you're a seasoned fan or just looking to expand your collection, this set is a fantastic choice. With its unique blend of exploration, strategy, and simplicity, it's an excellent way to breathe new life into your Carcassonne experience and enjoy countless hours of fun with friends and family.
