Description

Get ready to go on a shopping spree like no other with Charge it, a classic card game from 1972 that's all about racking up merchandise charges on your credit cards. In this fast-paced game, 2 to 6 players compete to be the first to accumulate $50,000 in purchases, with each round lasting around 30 minutes. The rules are simple to learn, so you can dive right in and start playing. The game plays out like a combination of Mille Bornes and a memory game, where you draw cards, play them to the table or discard pile, and try to remember the values of the merchandise you've bought. As you play, you'll need to strategize about when to declare a round over, which earns you a $2000 bonus if you've reached the $10,000 threshold. But watch out for your opponents, who can try to sabotage your efforts with Lost Card cards that force you to discard a credit card and its associated merchandise. You can protect yourself with Insurance cards or play a duplicate credit card to counter their move. The game ends when the total purchases exceed $50,000, and the player with the most charges wins. With its unique blend of strategy and luck, Charge it is a fun and engaging game that's sure to keep you on the edge of your seat.
