Description

The struggle between the Resistance and the Great Machine has just gotten a whole lot more intense with City of the Great Machine: The Escalation, the latest expansion from German Tikhomirov. Released in 2023, this expansion takes the core game to new heights, introducing new Heroes with unique abilities to join the fight against the Great Machine. But don't think the Machine is going down without a fight - it's enhancing its Servants with powerful implants and unleashing a new, secretly trained Servant into the fray. And if that's not enough, the governmental Surveillance Zeppelin is now cruising over the City, opening up new opportunities for both sides of the conflict. With 4 separate Modules to mix and match, you can add a new level of complexity and excitement to your games, whether you're playing solo, cooperatively, or in a team-based setup. Each Module combines perfectly with the others and the core game, so you can tailor your experience to suit your style. And for a real challenge, try the Aeterna scenario, designed specifically for Solo & Cooperative play. With playtime ranging from 60 to 90 minutes, City of the Great Machine: The Escalation is the perfect addition to your board game collection, offering a fun and thrilling experience for 1 to 4 players. Be prepared to invest some time in learning the rules, but trust us, it's worth it - this expansion is a game-changer.
