Description

Imagine owning a small campground along the river Ardèche, where the sun shines bright and the sound of the river provides a soothing background melody. You've got a small plot of land, a reception, and a website, and you're all set to receive some income from tourists. But, don't get too comfortable, as your guests will soon be leaving for greener pastures, drawn to your competitor's more enticing campground. This is where the Clash d'Ardèche begins, a fun and strategic game where 1 to 4 players compete to build the ultimate campground. In this game, you'll need to claim the best sites, bluff out your competitors, and even bribe the mayor to get ahead. You'll buy sites, amenities like swimming pools and hostels, and publicity to attract more guests. The goal is to fulfill your secret assignment and build the campground that meets its requirements. With a playtime of 40 to 75 minutes, Clash d'Ardèche is a game that's easy to learn but challenging to master. Designed by Jan Willem van Dijk and published in 2017, this game combines area majority, auction, and worker placement mechanics to create a thrilling experience. So, get ready to outsmart your opponents and become the ultimate campground owner in Clash d'Ardèche.
