Description
Cold War Commander is a fast-paced tabletop wargame that lets you recreate battles from the Korean War to modern-day conflicts using miniatures. With this game, you can command anything from a small company to a large division, and a typical game takes around 150 minutes to play. The rules are straightforward, making it easy for people familiar with board games to learn and dive right in. One of the unique features of Cold War Commander is its command system, which effectively captures the uncertainty and chaos of war in a simple yet realistic way. The game offers a lot of flexibility, allowing you to use miniatures of any scale from 2mm to 28mm, and you don't need to rebase them to play. You can choose from 33 different army lists covering 28 nations and 12 conflicts, and there are 16 generic scenarios that can be played with any nation or setting. The game also includes a simple campaign system, making it easy to create a series of connected battles. Whether you're playing solo, with a friend, or in a tournament, Cold War Commander has something to offer, with a unique points system that ensures an equal chance of victory even when the forces are unequal.
